At VeltrixBio, we are committed to providing high-quality research materials and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of laboratory research products, all returns, refunds, replacements, and store credits are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order with VeltrixBio, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

General Return Policy

Due to the nature of Research Use Only (RUO) materials, all sales are generally considered final.

Returns may be considered only under limited circumstances and solely at the discretion of VeltrixBio.

Products must remain:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Untampered

  • Unaltered

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Any product that has been opened, reconstituted, damaged, relabeled, modified, tampered with, or otherwise altered is not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you must notify VeltrixBio within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted after forty-eight (48) hours may be denied.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • Any additional information requested by VeltrixBio

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Approved Returns

If VeltrixBio authorizes a return, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.

Returned products must:

  • Be unopened

  • Have original seals intact

  • Be free from damage

  • Be free from tampering

  • Be received by VeltrixBio within the timeframe provided during the return authorization process

VeltrixBio reserves the right to inspect all returned products before issuing any refund, replacement, or store credit.

Store Credit

In many cases, approved returns may be issued as store credit rather than a refund.

Store credit amounts are determined solely by VeltrixBio.

Store credit may not be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by VeltrixBio.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of VeltrixBio.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or store credit:

  • Opened products

  • Reconstituted products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products showing evidence of tampering

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products improperly stored after delivery

  • Clearance items

  • Promotional items

  • Gifted products

  • Products returned without authorization

Refused Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Restocking fees

  • Store credit instead of refund

  • Order cancellation

VeltrixBio reserves the right to deduct applicable costs from any approved refund or credit.

Lost Packages

VeltrixBio is responsible for ensuring orders are transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and policies.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should first contact the carrier.

VeltrixBio will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related losses.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact VeltrixBio before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Account termination

  • Refusal of future orders

  • Collection efforts where permitted by law

VeltrixBio reserves all legal rights regarding fraudulent payment disputes.

Research Use Only Products

All products sold by VeltrixBio are designated as Research Use Only (RUO) materials.

Products are not intended for:

  • Human consumption

  • Animal consumption

  • Medical use

  • Therapeutic use

  • Diagnostic use

  • Veterinary use

Returns, refunds, replacements, or credits will not be granted based on:

  • Research outcomes

  • Experimental results

  • Customer expectations

  • Product performance assumptions

  • Intended human or animal use

Right to Refuse Returns

VeltrixBio reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, replacement, or store credit request at its sole discretion.

Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.
