REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: May 2026

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are considered final. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns or replacements may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The incorrect product was received.
• The product arrived damaged during transit.
• The product is defective upon arrival.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the package and product
• Description of the issue

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Clearance, promotional, or discounted items
• Products returned without prior approval

REFUND PROCESS

If a claim is approved, VeltrixBio may, at its sole discretion:

• Issue a replacement product
• Issue store credit
• Issue a refund to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by VeltrixBio.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

RESEARCH USE NOTICE

All products sold by VeltrixBio are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.

Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, therapeutic use, or any other application outside legitimate laboratory research.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing from VeltrixBio, the customer acknowledges responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products. VeltrixBio shall not be liable for misuse, improper storage, improper handling, or use of products outside their intended research purpose.
