11. Local Pickup

12. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are generally considered final.

VeltrixBio may consider returns only when:

  • Products remain unopened.

  • Products remain unused.

  • Products remain untampered.

  • Products remain in original condition.

  • Return approval is obtained.

Returned products must be received in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.

Products that have been opened, altered, damaged, relabeled, reconstituted, used, tampered with, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return.

VeltrixBio reserves the sole right to determine return eligibility.

Approved returns may be issued as:

  • Store credit

  • Replacement product

  • Refund

Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Supporting photographs and order information may be required.

  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
